Terms & Conditions for abc65 – Read Before You Play

1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "Business Day" refers to any day that is not a Friday, Saturday, or national public holiday in Bangladesh.

2. Account Registration

To access the full range of abc65 services, including placing bets and playing casino games, you must register a player account. By completing the registration process, you confirm and warrant the following:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• All personal information provided during registration — including your full name, date of birth, and contact details — is accurate, current, and complete.
• You are registering only one account for your personal use. Registering multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited.
• You are not registering on behalf of a third party.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion agreement with abc65 currently in effect.

abc65 reserves the right to refuse registration or to suspend an existing account at its sole discretion, including where it has reasonable grounds to believe that information provided is false, misleading, or incomplete. Players are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. abc65 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from a player's failure to safeguard their credentials.

Account Security

You must notify abc65 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation. abc65 recommends enabling two-factor authentication, available free of charge through your account security settings, to reduce the risk of unauthorised access.

3. Age Verification

abc65 operates a strict minimum age policy. Use of the abc65 platform is restricted exclusively to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This requirement is firm and non-negotiable.

abc65 may request identity verification documents at any point during a player's account lifetime, including but not limited to: a national identity card (NID), passport, driving licence, or utility bill. These documents are used to confirm age, identity, and residential address. Account functionality — including deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay — may be restricted pending satisfactory completion of identity verification.

Where abc65 determines or reasonably suspects that a registered player is below the minimum age of 21, abc65 will immediately suspend the account, freeze all balances, conduct an investigation, and report the matter as required. Any winnings accrued during the period in which the player was below the minimum age shall be void and subject to forfeiture.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

abc65 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. All deposits are credited to your account balance instantly upon confirmed receipt by abc65's payment processing systems. abc65 does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your mobile banking provider may apply its own transaction charges.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. abc65 aims to process all withdrawal requests within 15 to 60 minutes for mobile banking wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Processing times for card withdrawals may extend up to 3 Business Days depending on the issuing bank.

abc65 does not charge withdrawal fees. Players may be required to complete enhanced identity verification (KYC) before their first withdrawal or before withdrawals above specified thresholds are processed. Withdrawal requests will not be processed to third-party accounts or accounts not registered in the player's own name.

4.3 Currency

All abc65 player accounts are denominated in Bangladesh Taka (BDT / ৳). All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed in BDT. abc65 does not currently support multi-currency accounts.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

abc65 is committed to the prevention of money laundering and financial crime. All player transactions are monitored in accordance with applicable anti-money-laundering standards. abc65 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation, delay withdrawal processing, or report suspicious transaction patterns to relevant authorities where required. Structuring deposits or withdrawals to evade monitoring thresholds is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

abc65 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed the registration process and whose accounts are in good standing.
• Each promotion specifies its own minimum deposit requirement, eligible games, wagering requirement multiplier, and validity period. These terms supersede any general bonus guidelines where they conflict.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled using real-money funds or the bonus funds themselves, as specified in the individual promotion terms. Certain high-RTP games and low-margin bets may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward wagering requirements.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds that have not yet satisfied their wagering requirement are not available for withdrawal.

• Players who are found to be engaging in bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts, exploiting low-margin wagers to fulfil wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players — will have their bonus balances forfeited and their accounts reviewed for suspension.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on abc65 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, competition, and market type. abc65 reserves the right to void bets where an event is cancelled, abandoned, or where results are declared void by the relevant governing body. Odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed, it is binding on both parties.

6.2 Casino & Live Dealer Games

Casino games and live dealer tables on abc65 are governed by the individual game rules displayed within each game interface. All casino game results are determined by certified random number generators or broadcast live from regulated studio environments. abc65 does not manipulate game outcomes. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each slot title is disclosed in the game's information panel.

6.3 Technical Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or software fault that results in the incorrect display of odds, game results, or payouts, abc65 reserves the right to void the affected bets or game rounds and return staked amounts to the player. abc65 will not be liable for losses incurred as a result of technical errors beyond its reasonable control.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Engaging in harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour toward abc65 staff or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any element of the abc65 platform or its proprietary technology.

8. Responsible Gaming

abc65's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their abc65 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

abc65 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players access and use the abc65 platform at their own risk.

12. Account Suspension & Termination

abc65 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player's account at any time and without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to do so. Grounds for suspension or termination include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Registration of duplicate accounts.

In cases of account termination for confirmed breach of these terms, abc65 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where an account is closed for reasons unconnected to a breach — such as at the player's own request — any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of identity verification.

13. Amendments

abc65 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, abc65 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the email address associated with their account or via a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the abc65 platform following the publication of revised terms constitutes acceptance of those terms. 14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, statutory, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. abc65 operates as an international entertainment platform.
